About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive Store Manager for Beyond Yoga in Irvine, CA. The Store Manager is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate customer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a passion for fashion, brand heritage, and a commitment to originality and integrity. The ideal candidate will build relationships, create an inclusive environment, demonstrate courage in decision-making, and drive performance to achieve financial targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate your team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising.
