About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive Store Manager for Beyond Yoga in Irvine, CA. The Store Manager is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience required
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others
• Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone.
