Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of retail experience
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and MS Office
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities

Nice To Haves

Retail management or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with social media marketing

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales and service goals
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales
Implement and monitor store policies and procedures
Utilize social media platforms to promote store events and engage with customers
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
Collaborate with upper management to develop sales strategies and improve store performance
