About The Position

MobileOne is seeking an energetic, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead a wireless retail location. The manager oversees daily store operations, leads and develops the team, and works to meet sales and service goals. The role spends most of its time on the sales floor coaching employees, assisting customers, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management experience, with wireless retail industry experience required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and step in to handle escalations.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while supporting their career growth.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture where employees and customers feel valued.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records.
• Adhere to labor budgets and ensure the team completes training on time.
