Retail Sports Memorabilia/Sports Card Store Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Store General Manager to oversee and operate our Oviedo Mall location, which includes both a retail store and a mail-order business. This store boasts the largest inventory of Sports & Entertainment memorabilia in the Southeastern USA and operates 7 days a week. A team of 3 employees is already in place, and the business is experiencing significant growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of major sports and the sports card industry, and will manage the business as if it were their own, including hiring, firing, scheduling, inventory tracking, banking, order processing, and team management.
Requirements
- Major Sports knowledge
- Knowledge of the Sports card aspect of the business
- Must be bondable
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Open availability
- Knowledge of all major sports & the sports card industry
