About The Position

As a Store Associate, you bring the Vera Bradley brand to life as the face of the brand. You work with store leadership to achieve sales goals and deliver an excellent shopping experience and customer service to every guest. You uphold Vera Bradley’s core values and help make the world a brighter place through every customer touchpoint.

You recommend products that fit each customer’s needs, support store results through add-on selling and customer outreach, and create an engaging in-store experience through product awareness and teamwork. You also carry out daily operational procedures, help maintain visual standards, and keep the store organized and inviting. Reliability and adherence to company values, policies, and procedures are essential.

This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak business needs. The position involves frequent physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting or moving merchandise.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak business needs.
• Be reliable and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Be able to walk and stand constantly, and bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Have strong sensory skills, including good eyesight and hearing, and dexterity.
• Be able to consistently lift 10–35 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.; and push or pull more than 55 lbs.
