About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Retail Stocker to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles customer transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. The associate will process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, participate in store recovery, and maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and the entire store. They will provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Other duties may be assigned.

Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
