This role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties throughout the store, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. Team members will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participation in stocking and planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and supporting shrink and safety programs are also essential. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required, along with interacting respectfully with others and promoting the organization's vision and values.
