About The Position

A full-time Supervisor is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. This role is suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about a career in retail. The anticipated rate is $21.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. The role includes respectful scheduling during store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and may receive up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Responsibilities

Ensure and model professional customer service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
Lead, coach, and develop others.
Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.
