About The Position

The Retail Stocking Supervisor is a full-time leadership role on a high-performing retail team. The supervisor models professional customer service, maintains a safe and organized store, cross-trains across store operations, and leads, coaches, and develops associates. The role may serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled. The anticipated pay rate is $19.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience, and the position is eligible for a monthly bonus. Store operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with respectful scheduling.

Responsibilities

Ensure and model professional customer service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
