Retail Stocking Supervisor
About The Position
A full-time Supervisor is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. This role is suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about a career in retail. The anticipated pay rate is $19.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Associates work respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and describes a clear path to promotion and continuous leadership development.

Responsibilities
- Ensure and model professional customer service.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop others.
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
