About The Position

The Retail Stocking Supervisor is a full-time role on a high-performing retail team, suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about a career in retail. The position pays an anticipated $20.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience, and is eligible for a monthly bonus. Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
