Nordstrom is hiring a seasonal Retail Stock associate at Bellevue Square. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment, while helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. The position requires working a flexible schedule based on business needs and involves frequent physical activity and handling merchandise.

Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver new arrivals to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly and according to quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
