About The Position

The Retail Shipping and Receiving Associate, described in the posting as a Logistics Associate, reports to the Operations Manager. Requirements

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide service using PGATSS service behaviors.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise shipments.
• Organize and label merchandise in the stockroom for efficient storage and restocking.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized back-of-house and sales-floor areas.
• Execute price changes and merchandising bulletins.
• Pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for secure and timely shipping.
• Inspect returned online orders, process refunds or exchanges, and update inventory systems.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across departments.
• Stay informed about merchandising promotions and marketing events and maintain merchandising presence throughout promotions.
• Promote products and services and inform and educate customers about offerings.
• Provide the Operations Manager with feedback about operational and merchandising opportunities.
