About The Position
The Retail Selling Support Associate in Women's Clothing helps customers express their personal style through attentive, engaging service and strong product knowledge. The role involves circulating the sales floor to understand customer needs, sharing loyalty program benefits, and guiding shoppers through a seamless experience. The associate also maintains merchandise standards, supports fitting-room and sales-floor upkeep, assists with fulfillment, and helps keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. This position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, sales goals, and creating positive customer experiences. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They welcome customers and build personal connections, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. The position is part-time, typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, with weekend shifts required. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Circulate the sales floor to identify and respond to customer needs.

- Use product knowledge to educate customers and support their shopping decisions.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
- Maintain merchandise standards and keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and shoppable.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves.
- Assist with fulfillment.
- Review sales goals and learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support customers and the team.
