About The Position

The Retail Seasonal Team Member Online Order Filler provides friendly customer service, helps customers find products and solutions, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, store maintenance, and online order processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members follow company policies and procedures, support safety and shrink programs, and contribute to a positive and respectful store environment. The role also includes cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production and other duties as assigned. This position works in a public retail store. Public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be assigned, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. The position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and meet applicable legal requirements.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments.
Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model for team members.
Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
