About The Position

Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part Time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. Associates are expected to deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, represent the Clarks brand, and help maintain an organized, visually compelling store. The role involves physical tasks including standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
