About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to store success. The role involves helping customers select Skechers products, supporting sales goals, performing cashier duties, maintaining merchandise and displays, and working collaboratively to create an inviting store environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Eager to provide excellent customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Enthusiastic about representing the Skechers brand with energy and a sense of urgency.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to maintain the store.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for most of the shift.
• Process customer payments accurately and perform cashier responsibilities.
• Stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details with customers.
• Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
