About The Position

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit assigned local retail stores each week to collect in-store product data. Using a downloadable app on a mobile phone, they scan barcodes on products in displays and aisle locations throughout the store, including end caps. They are also asked to report the quantity of approximately 45% of the products scanned. The data is analyzed to help improve product and retailer sales performance.

Associates complete storewide Display Scanning every week and may perform Custom Projects that request more detailed information about products in main stocking locations. These projects occur almost every week and can add 30 minutes to two hours of work per store. Associates must meet weekly deadlines and work reliably and independently. The role is permanent and part-time, averaging 5–12 base hours per week across assigned stores, with additional project hours often available. Work is performed throughout the year, including holiday weeks.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Have a reliable vehicle and at least the minimum state-required auto insurance coverage.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods and access products throughout a store.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach six feet, and bend, stretch, stoop, and stand.
• Be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Be tech savvy.
