About The Position

Best Buy is hiring immediately for a retail sales & technical service associate, also known as an agent advisor. In this role, the associate will greet customers and provide technical support or assistance in finding products and services. Requirements

• 6+ months’ retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role
• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
• Excellent communication skills

• Assist customers with signing in their devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs
