About The Position
This position is for a Sales Associate at a growing bicycle retail company with eight stores across the southeast. The role involves helping customers find the perfect bike, tuning bikes, making thoughtful product recommendations, and cultivating meaningful relationships with riders in the community. The work environment is fast-paced and customer-centric, prioritizing hospitality skills and a willingness to learn about cycling products. Requirements
- A positive, pitch-right-in attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need
- Fantastic hospitality—a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can—even on the toughest, busiest days
- Great communication with customers and teammates
- A desire to cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base
