Part-Time Bicycle Retail Technical Sales
About The Position
This position is for a Sales Associate who will be on the frontlines helping customers enjoy cycling. Responsibilities include assisting customers in finding the right bike, tuning bikes, learning about cycling industry products, making thoughtful recommendations, and building relationships with riders. The role emphasizes hospitality skills, a customer-centric team mentality, and a willingness to learn. While being a bike expert is a plus, the company is willing to train individuals who know how to treat customers, evaluate their needs, and exceed expectations.
Requirements
- A positive, pitch-right-in attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need
- Fantastic hospitality—a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can—even on the toughest, busiest days
- Great communication with customers and teammates
- A desire to cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base
- A commitment to deliver the best possible cycling experience for each customer
