About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the home theater department, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, provide excellent service, demonstrate products and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to help you become knowledgeable about TVs and related products, including their specifications, features and benefits. The role supports customer experience, sales goals and profitable growth while maintaining department readiness and merchandising. Requirements

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands and/or in custom design environments.
• 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).

• Engage with customers to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals.
• Stay informed about the latest home theater technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional development.
• Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines, and use tools and techniques to manage time effectively.
• Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers.
• Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department.
