About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the home theater department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demonstrations and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert on TVs and related products, including their specifications, features and benefits. The role supports the customer experience, completes transactions, drives profitable growth and achieves sales goals while maintaining the department’s merchandising and readiness to serve customers. It also includes training other sales floor personnel on how to succeed in the department.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands and/or in custom design environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
