About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the home theater department, you engage with customers to understand their needs, provide excellent service, conduct product demonstrations, and make helpful recommendations. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, and/or in custom design environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
