About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demonstrations and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to develop expertise in kitchen and laundry appliances, including their specifications, features and benefits. The role supports the customer experience, completes transactions, drives profitable growth and achieves sales goals. It also includes maintaining department merchandising and readiness, handling customer inquiries, complaints and returns, staying current on products and technology, and training other sales floor personnel.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands and/or in custom design environments.
• 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
