About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demonstrations, and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert on kitchen and laundry appliances, including their specifications, features, and benefits.

The role supports the customer experience, completes transactions, contributes to profitable growth, and works toward sales goals. It also includes staying informed about technology trends and products, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, maintaining department merchandising and readiness, managing priorities and time effectively, and training other sales floor personnel.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, and/or in custom design environments.
• 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
