About The Position
As a Retail Sales Specialist for smart home, health and wearable products, you engage customers, complete sales and achieve individual goals. Best Buy provides training and certification programs to help you maintain knowledge of products and services related to smart home, health and wearable technology. You help customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing relevant and helpful solutions. The role supports customer experience, profitable growth and sales goals through customer engagement, ongoing learning, use of promotional tools and merchandising readiness. The position is part of Best Buy’s effort to enrich lives through technology by personalizing technology solutions in stores, online and in customers’ homes.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
