About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the computers department, you engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, then provide expert advice and recommendations. You maintain expertise in department products, including their specifications, features, and benefits, and help deliver profitability by achieving revenue, margin, solutions, and operational targets. You work with other sales floor employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services.

The role includes helping customers meet sales goals, staying informed about technology trends and product releases, handling customer inquiries and transactions professionally, managing daily tasks, maintaining department merchandising and readiness, and coaching other sales floor employees on the category.
