About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the home theater department, you engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, demonstrate products and make helpful recommendations. You support the customer experience, complete transactions, contribute to profitable growth and work toward sales goals. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
