Requirements

High School diploma/GED and 4+ years of related work experience
Experience using POS systems, handling cash transactions, and processing returns/exchanges.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to manage inventory, merchandise transfers, stockroom organization, and customer orders in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and support routine store cleaning/restocking needs.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of retail sales, customer service, inventory, or store operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cash control procedures and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
Open and close the store following established procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders.
Receive, process, and organize incoming/outbound merchandise shipments.
Maintain stock balances, monitor inventory levels, and restock merchandise as needed.
Process Mark Out of Stock (MOS), Return to Vendor (RTV), markdown freight, and inter-store transfers.
Complete inventory documentation and support annual store inventory counts.
Execute floor sets and maintain merchandising standards.
Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise is properly stored.
Identify and report safety, housekeeping, customer complaint, and facility maintenance issues.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
