What You'll Do: Traeger is looking for a passionate, people-first Retail Sales Specialist to represent our brand across national chain retail accounts in the Salt Lake area. As the face of Traeger in your region, you'll build lasting relationships with retail partners, educate and inspire store associates, and bring new fans into the Traegerhood — one cook at a time. This is a dynamic, field-based role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves being out of the office, and is energized by connecting with people. Expect regular weekend activations, occasional overnight travel, and a front-row seat to one of the most passionate communities in outdoor cooking. How You'll Make an Impact Your time will be split across four core activities: Merchandising, Fixtures & POP (35%) — Ensure Traeger products are displayed compellingly and consistently across retail locations Retailer Training (35%) — Equip store associates with the product knowledge and enthusiasm to confidently sell and recommend Traeger Demos & Events (25%) — Bring the brand to life through in-store demonstrations and community activations Administration (5%) — Track activity, report results, and manage your territory efficiently
Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage and educate
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you follow through and stay on top of your territory
- Comfortable with weekend work and travel, including occasional overnight trips
- Proficiency in MS Office
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
