About The Position

The Retail Sales Specialist is the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain retail experience, develop customer service skills, and grow within the company. Responsibilities include: Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner Assisting customers in locating products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies Accurately process sales transactions at the register, including cash handling and credit card payments Restocking shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual displays to company standards Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees Participating in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed On-Camera & Media Participation Requirement: As part of our retail team, associates may be asked to participate in company photos, videos, or other media used for internal communications, training, social media, marketing, or brand storytelling. This may include being featured on camera or appearing in the background of photos or video recordings taken in our retail locations. By accepting a role on our retail team, you acknowledge and agree that on-camera and media participation is a potential requirement of the job.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
  • Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor

Responsibilities
