About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. You’ll help customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing relevant and memorable solutions.

The role involves supporting customer experience, completing transactions, driving profitable growth and achieving sales goals. You’ll use training and available tools to provide complete solutions, create positive customer experiences, stay current on promotional initiatives, and identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs. You’ll also continuously develop your skills and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.
