About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products, you will engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, then provide expert service and recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required training, certifications, and self-development. The role focuses on helping customers feel excited, confident, and appreciated through relevant, memorable solutions.

You will support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals. You will use training and available tools to offer complete solutions, create positive experiences, stay current on promotional initiatives, and identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs. You will also maintain the department’s merchandising and organization and continuously develop your skills.

Requirements
