About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demonstrations, and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to help you become knowledgeable about kitchen and laundry appliances, including their specifications, features, and benefits. The role supports the customer experience, completes transactions, drives profitable growth, and works toward sales goals. It also includes staying informed about product and technology trends, resolving customer inquiries and returns, maintaining department readiness, and training other sales floor personnel.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, and/or in custom design environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).

• Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers.
• Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department.
