About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department, you engage with customers to understand their needs, provide excellent service, demonstrate products and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to help you become knowledgeable about kitchen and laundry appliances, including their specifications, features and benefits. The role supports the customer experience, completes transactions, drives profitable growth and works toward sales goals. It also involves staying informed about technology and products, resolving customer issues, maintaining department merchandising and readiness, and training other sales floor personnel.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands and/or in custom design environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
