About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demonstrations and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert on kitchen and laundry appliances, including their specifications, features and benefits.

The role supports customers throughout the shopping experience, completes transactions, contributes to profitable growth and sales goals, and helps maintain department merchandising and readiness. It also includes staying informed about products and technology, handling customer concerns professionally, managing priorities and training other sales floor personnel.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands and/or in custom design environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
