About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the home theater department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demonstrations, and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert on TVs and related products, including their specifications, features, and benefits. You’ll support customers and sales goals, stay current on home theater technology, handle inquiries and returns, maintain department merchandising and readiness, and train other sales floor personnel.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, and/or in custom design environments.
• 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
