About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the appliances department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demonstrations and make helpful recommendations. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert on kitchen and laundry appliances, including their specifications, features and benefits. You’ll support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals while maintaining department merchandising and readiness. You’ll also stay informed about current technology trends and products and train other sales floor personnel to succeed in the department.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands and/or in custom design environments.
At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).

Responsibilities

Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department.
