Entry -Level Retail Sales Representative
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. The goal is to help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services by setting appointments in a clear and friendly manner. This is a full-time position with guaranteed base pay plus performance bonuses, and uncapped bonus potential. The company is committed to making home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free, and values fresh perspectives from candidates of all backgrounds.
Requirements

- Entry-level candidates welcome—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
- Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
- Criminal background checks required

- Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience – a plus!
- Customer Service Roles (in-person or call center)
- Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)
- Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)
- Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)
- Fast Food & Quick-Service Restaurants (cashiers, shift leads, drive-thru)
- Retail and customer service experience highly valued
