About The Position

Statewide Remodeling, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives. As part of a powerful network of home renovation companies, we aim to revolutionize home improvement by making it faster, easier, and stress-free. We value fresh perspectives and welcome candidates from all backgrounds to bring their unique experiences and ideas to our team. This role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism, and initiating conversations to help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services. The goal is to set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly way, while collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.

Requirements

• Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence.
• Entry-level candidates welcome—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
• Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
• Criminal background checks required

• Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience – a plus!
• Customer Service Roles (in-person or call center)
• Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers)
• Restaurants (servers, bartenders, hosts, front-of-house staff)
• Hospitality (hotel front desk, concierge, event staff)
