About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role is suited to people who are motivated by sales, performance-based earnings, and opportunities for career advancement. MobileOne offers coaching and leadership development, and reports a 95% internal promotion rate for Retail Store Managers. The position offers earning potential of $22.16 per hour, a $700 ramp-up bonus, a guaranteed minimum 10% commission while starting, uncapped commissions, monthly incentives, and bilingual compensation.
