About The Position
The Retail Sales Representative helps customers find wireless devices, plans, and accessories that meet their needs. The role involves demonstrating products, driving sales through upgrades and activations, assisting customers with device setup and troubleshooting, and delivering strong customer service. Representatives also maintain an organized, appealing store, support inventory and displays, follow policies for secure and private transactions, attend ongoing training, and collaborate with teammates to create a positive shopping environment. Individual commissions are paid twice a month. The stated average hourly compensation, including commission, is $15–$30, with uncapped commission potential.
