About The Position
Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Retail Tire Sales Representatives. This role is designed for top performers in retail sales who are skilled at building relationships, uncovering needs, and closing deals. You will work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go-to tire expert after completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience.
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
- A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts.
- Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engaging customers on the service drive and selling tires to exceed assigned goals.
- Performing quick tire inspections.
- Identifying and explaining tire related issues, recommending service, and quoting prices.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealership teams.
- Supporting store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting.
Benefits
- Base pay: $28.34 –$30.85/hr to start.
- Target annual commission: $13,200.00
- Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding.
