About The Position
Dealer Tire is a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918. The company focuses on helping auto manufacturers grow their tire business and has sold over 60 million tires to date. They are seeking driven, people-focused professionals to join their team as a Retail Tire Sales Representative. This role is for individuals who excel in retail sales, building relationships, uncovering needs, and closing deals, offering a high-earning, growth-focused career with stability and work-life balance. The successful candidate will join a nationwide team of over 550 Tire Sales Specialists and will work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go-to tire expert after completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills
- A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts
- Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Engaging customers on the service drive and selling tires to exceed assigned goals
- Performing quick tire inspections
- Identifying and explaining tire related issues, recommending service, and quoting prices
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealership teams
- Supporting store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting
Benefits
- Base pay: $28.34 –$30.85/hr to start
- Target annual commission: $13,200.00
- Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding
