As a Retail Sales Rep, you’ll drive growth by uncovering business opportunities and delivering sales results across your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales or merchandising experience in CPG.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven selling ability with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence to influence and lead change.
  • A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
  • Space to store and transport supplies.
  • High-speed internet at home (with WiFi).

Responsibilities

  • Champion Unilever brands in-store, delivering outstanding service to retail partners.
  • Partner with your Manager to set territory goals and crush targets by: Building customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Leveraging your selling skills to grow orders and close gaps.
  • Ensuring shelves are stocked, tagged, and planogram-compliant.
  • Merchandising product and monitoring inventory flow.
  • Use sales tools to spot opportunities, identify underperforming categories, and boost profitability.
  • Stay on top of regional sales trends to maximize in-store performance.
  • Share feedback and insights on retail conditions.
  • Jump in on other related duties as needed.
