About The Position

TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to serve customers in a retail storefront environment. The role focuses on building connections, understanding customer needs, and delivering wireless solutions in person and over the phone. Employees contribute to sales performance while providing genuine customer care, with training, collaboration, and growth opportunities to support development and a potential long-term career. The role also includes community involvement. Average salary is stated as $55,000–$65,000 per year, including a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, and profit sharing. Guaranteed hourly pay and same-day pay options are available.

Requirements

At least a high school diploma.
Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a retail storefront environment.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work at multiple locations if required.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; frequent standing is required.
Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
