About The Position
The Retail Sales Representative helps customers select wireless devices, plans, and accessories while providing friendly, knowledgeable service. The role supports store sales goals through upgrades, activations, and accessory sales, and helps customers set up devices and troubleshoot issues. Representatives keep current on products, promotions, and industry trends; maintain an organized and appealing store; assist with inventory and displays; follow company policies for secure and private transactions; participate in training; and collaborate with teammates to create a positive shopping environment. The posting states average hourly pay plus commission totals $15–$30 per hour, with uncapped commission potential and individual commissions paid twice monthly.
