Retail Sales Manager (Hunting Clothing) - Full-Time

Requirements
- Deep background in big game or backcountry hunting.
- Ability to spark genuine conversations and build lasting relationships with fellow hunters through shared stories and expertise.
- Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need.
- Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class.
- Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors.
- Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers.
